Qns: How long will I receive my order?

Ans: You will receive your order within 3-5 working days. Please allow 1-2 days for packing.

 

Qns: What's the difference between Normal Postage and Door-to-door courier service?

Ans:

Normal Postage is through Singpost Normal Mailing, which does not comes with tracking. It takes an estimated of 3-6 working days to reach you. We won't be responsible for any lost mail. Do expect some delays during peak seasons/public holidays. 

Door-to-door courier service comes with tracking number and will usually reach you in 2-3 days with up to 2 re-deliveries should you be unable to receive the parcel.

Qns: Do you mail internationally?
 
Ans: You can drop us an email at jeanette@mysummerbaby.com and let us know the country that you intend to ship to. We will check on the rates for you.

 

Qns: What if I have received the wrong delivery ?

Ans: Drop us an email within 7 days after you have received the order. We will make arrangements to deliver the right order to you. Please take note that items must not be opened or used. Anything informed later than 7 days will not be entertained.
